Due to the multifunctional character of the Amsterdamse Bos there are many different areas catering a multitude of users.
Mijksenaar has designed a clear wayfinding system that at the same time is integrated in the natural environment of the urban forest. Additionally, a map with specific pictograms used as landmarks was developed.
